We understand attending a new church for the first time might be a little intimidating. We want to help make your first experience at First Baptist Church Glen Rose a great one! Our Greeters are ready to welcome you and answer your questions.

First Baptist Church Glen Rose has two worship services on Sunday morning with a Bible Study hour in between.

1st Service - Early Worship: 8:00am

Coffee and Donut Fellowship at FBC Common Grounds: 9:00am

Bible Study: 9:30am

2nd Service - Worship: 10:45am

First Baptist Church Glen Rose (FBC) is located at 201 W. Gibbs Blvd. in Glen Rose, Texas. You will find plenty of parking on our campus when you arrive!

Our worship services are approximately 60 minutes in length. We begin with our Praise Team leading the worship through music. Song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can easily follow along . After the music portion, we open with prayer, then our Senior Pastor shares an encouraging, scripture-based, and hope-filled message about Jesus.

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and we make this a priority! The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in. Childcare is offered during both worship services for infants through 4 years old. If you would like your child to stay with you in the worship service, we love that, and have clipboards with coloring pages and crayons available for you at the Children's desk.

Additionally, we have a student ministry for Grades 6th - 12th. They meet for a time of Biblical discussion and praise on Sunday mornings at 9:30am. Students can sit with peers or with the family during worship service at 8:00am or 10:45am. The student ministry meets in the FFLC! Join us on Sunday Morning and we will show them to the Student Ministry Rooms where they can make new friends or see ones they may already know!
